Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Best Yet Cottage Cheese 4%
  • Pinch Best Yet Iodized Salt
  • 6-7 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small avocado, sliced thin
  • 5-6 thin cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tsp Best Yet 100% Pure Olive Oil
  • Pinch black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small blender, pulse the cottage cheese, salt, and basil until it is smooth and creamy, for about 2 minutes.
  2. Arrange cottage cheese in bowls, top with avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
