Toasted Stuffed Bagel Boats

Ingredients :

  • 4 Best Yet® Thick Cut Smoked Sliced Bacon Slices
  • 6 Best Yet® bagels
  • ¼ cup Best Yet® liquid eggs
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Best Yet® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 thin slices of deli turkey, chopped fine 
  • Pinch black pepper


  1. Cook bacon according to the package instruction. Then, please remove it from the pan, and allow the bacon to cool down. 
  2. When it’s safe to handle, chop cooked bacon into small pieces. Set the bacon bits aside.
  3. Carefully but firmly use your fingers to remove some of the soft parts from the inside of each bagel half. 
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together liquid eggs with heavy cream. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped deli turkey, bacon bits, and black pepper. 
  5. Spoon this mixture onto the bagels. 
  6. Preheat oven to 350F. Arrange bagels on a baking tray. 
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bagels are crispy from the outside and nicely golden on a top.
