Super Fast Potato and Broccoli Chowder

Ingredients :

  • 1package (32 ounces) Best Yet® Chicken Broth
  • 1-1/2cups reduced fat milk
  • 1package (16 ounces) frozen Best Yet® Broccoli Cuts
  • 1cup Best Yet® Instant Mashed Potatoes (flakes)
  • 1/4teaspoon Best Yet® Iodized Salt
  • 1/4teaspoon Best Yet® Black Pepper
  • 1package (8 ounces) Best Yet® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese


  1. In large saucepot, heat broth and milk to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add broccoli; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes, salt and pepper until incorporated. Stir in cheese until melted. Makes about 7-1/2 cups.Approximate nutritional values per serving (about 1-1/4 cups):
