Mango Quesadillas

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup Best Yet Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Best Yet Mango Chunks, defrosted
  • 4 Best Yet Taco Size Flour Tortillas
  • ½ tsp Best Yet Hot Sauce

Directions:

  1. Divide cheese and mango between the tortillas, covering about half of each tortilla. Drizzle with hot sauce.
  2. Fold each tortilla in half over the filling.
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium. Place one or two folded tortillas on a dry skillet and heat until cheese melts and the tortilla browns slightly, about 2 to 4 minutes.
  4. With a spatula, gently turn them over and cook the other side until a little brown, 2 to 4 minutes. Remove to a plate and cut each quesadilla in halves and serve.
