Dairy-Free Whipped Coffee

This drink is inspired by South Korean whipped coffee. It’s creamy, rich and requires only a few ingredients!

Ingredients :

  • 2 Tbsp Best Yet® instant coffee 
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar*
  • 2 Tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 5-7 ice-cubes
  • Pinch Best Yet® cinnamon


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Using the hand electric mixer on high speed beat the mixture until thick, frothy for about 5-6 minutes. 
  3. Pour oat milk with ice cubes into a tall glass. Gently transfer the whipped coffer on top of the milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy! 
    Note: For sugar free version: Use 2 Tbsp of Allulose in place of granulated sugar.
