  • 3 cups Best Yet® broth
  • 1 cup Best Yet® instant potatoes, cooked
  • ¼ tsp fine salt
  • 1 cup Best Yet® peas, canned
  • 3 Tbsp Best Yet® mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Best Yet® garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Best Yet® onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat a small pot with broth; once it starts to simmer, add instant potatoes, salt, peas, mayo, garlic, and onion powder.
  2. Simmer for 6 min on low, stirring constantly. 
  3. Remove from the heat, and serve immediately. 
  4. Enjoy!
