Cheesy Wonton Cups

Ingredients :

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup Best Yet® Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Best Yet® Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray the muffin pan with a non-stick spray. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Cook for 1 minute until wrappers are lightly golden.
  3. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool down.
  4. Next, prepare the cheese mix. In a medium bowl, combine cheddar and cream cheese with water and garlic.
  5. Fill each wonton cup with 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture.
  6. Arrange Cheesy Wonton Cups on a serving platter or place them into an airtight container in the refrigerator. They can be served warm or cold! Enjoy!
