Ingredients :

  • ½ Pkg (8 oz) BestYet™ Rigatoni, uncooked
  • ½ Lb Ground beef
  • ½ Lb Onion, chopped
  • ¼ Lb Green pepper, chopped
  • ¼ Tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Can (15 oz) Tomato sauce
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Add garnish, if desired

Directions:

  1. Cook Rigatoni according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions, green pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; drain off fat.
  3. Add oregano and tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
  4. Combine cooked Rigatoni and sauce in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 10 mins at 375°.
